Chairman

Founder of Ngululu in 1998.
Worked for Barclays Bank, FNB, Old Mutual, Nedcor and African Bank between 1979–1995.
Became MD of LimDev from 1997 to 2004 and led the successful restructuring and repositioning of this provincial state owned enterprise ("SOE") and all its subsidiaries in the Limpopo Province.
Was Chairman of Boynton Investments (Pty) Ltd, known as Boynton Platinum, from 2003 to 2006 and part of the early team of the then exploration company controlled by Platmin Ltd, the latter was dual-listed in the AIM (London, UK) and TSX (Toronto, Canada) securities exchanges.
Is a founder member of Nexus Connexion (Pty) Ltd - the BEE-partner of Neotel Ltd., the second fixed-line network operator in SA.

Served as a finance and audit executive in a career spanning over 25 years.
Served as Audit Executive for Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Council in Gauteng in 2004 – 2006.
Served as CFO for the Dept. of Local Government in Limpopo from 2006 to 2008.
